Hello, and welcome!
My name is Lorena Galvan, and I am the founder of V.O.I.C.E. ABA, where our mission is to support adolescents and adults in building the skills necessary for living independent, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Texas (LBA-TX), and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA). I have a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and years of experience working directly with teens and adults diagnosed with autism, or related needs, across academic, vocational, social, and independent living domains. My work has always centered on empowering individuals to find their voice, achieve their goals, and thrive in their communities.
At V.O.I.C.E. ABA, I believe in a compassionate, collaborative, and assent-based approach. Every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported in their journey. My focus is on teaching skills that matter—those that improve independence, build confidence, and increase quality of life.
I prioritize:
Client choice and dignity in all aspects of programming.
Family and community collaboration to ensure consistency across settings.
Practical, evidence-based strategies that empower individuals to thrive beyond services.
Starting V.O.I.C.E. ABA was more than a professional step—it was a calling. I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of providing the right supports at the right time, and I am deeply committed to helping each client build the life they envision for themselves.
V.O.I.C.E. ABA became a passion project for the version of me that could have benefited from these services during my transition to adulthood.
The mission of V.O.I.C.E. ABA is an ode to a self that would be proud of me for supporting others on their journey toward adulthood.
