About the Owner

Hello, and welcome!

My name is Lorena Galvan, and I am the founder of V.O.I.C.E. ABA. I created this practice to support adolescents and adults in building the skills needed to live independent, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Texas (LBA-TX), and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA). I hold a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have extensive experience working with teens and adults with autism and related needs across academic, vocational, social, and independent living domains.

Throughout my career, my work has centered on helping individuals find their voice, clarify goals that matter to them, and develop the skills needed to thrive within their communities—not just within services.

My Approach

At V.O.I.C.E. ABA, I take a compassionate, collaborative, and assent-based approach to support. I believe that every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their own life.

My work focuses on teaching meaningful, practical skills that support independence, confidence, and long-term quality of life.

I prioritize:

Client choice, dignity, and autonomy in all aspects of programming.
Collaboration with families and community members, when appropriate and with client consent
Evidence-based, real world strategies that support success beyond sessions.

A Personal Note

Starting V.O.I.C.E. ABA was more than a professional decision:

It was a calling.

This practice was built for the version of me who could have benefited from this type of support during the transition into adulthood. It is also built for every individual who deserves guidance that honors their strengths, respects their autonomy, and supports their vision for the future.

The mission of V.O.I.C.E. ABA is an ode to growth, self-determination, and the belief that everyone deserves support in becoming the adult they aspire to be.
