What It Is
A collaborative, strengths-based process to understand where you/your child are today and design clear, meaningful goals for tomorrow. We combine standardized tools with real-world observations to create a plan that is practical, motivating, and aligned with your values.
Please note: anyone seeking services will first complete an assessment to ensure eligibility and to determine the best service and funding options.
