This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you visit voiceaba.com, in compliance with applicable U.S. federal laws and the laws of the State of Texas.

This policy applies to information collected through the website only. 

Information collected as part of formal services is governed by separate service agreements and applicable privacy regulations.

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide through website contact forms, including: 

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• General information related to your interest in services 

We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) through this website.
Contact form submissions are retained in HIPAA-compliant Google Workspace for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain records of business correspondence. You may request deletion at any time using the rights described below. 

Information collected through voiceaba.com is used solely to:

• Respond to inquiries

• Provide information about services

• Improve website functionality and communication

When you submit a contact form, you will receive an initial response from lorena.galvan@voiceaba.com to schedule an interest meeting. Once services begin, further communication takes place within S-Cubed, our HIPAA-compliant practice management platform.

V.O.I.C.E. ABA does not sell or share personal information for marketing purposes.

This website is not directed to children 13 or under, and V.O.I.C.E. ABA does not knowingly collect personal information from children 13 or under. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child 13 or under, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, please contact lorena.galvan@voiceaba.com.

Teens aged 14 to 17 should only complete this form with parental or guardian awareness, as a parent or legal guardian must be involved in initiating services for any minor under 18.

In accordance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Texas residents have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data collected through this website.

V.O.I.C.E. ABA uses secure, HIPAA-compliant technology platforms to support communication, documentation, scheduling, billing, and telehealth services.

• S-Cubed: Client records, scheduling, billing, and telehealth services are managed through S-Cubed, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. V.O.I.C.E. ABA has executed a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with S-Cubed to ensure that Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security standards. 

• Google Workspace: V.O.I.C.E. ABA, LLC also utilizes a HIPAA-compliant version of Google Workspace for secure communication and internal record management. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) has been executed with Google to ensure appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for PHI stored within covered services such as Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Meet.

• User Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for maintaining security on their end, including safeguarding account credentials and using secure internet connections when participating in services or telehealth sessions.

• Encryption: Data within both S-Cubed and Google Workspace is encrypted at rest and in transit in accordance with each platform’s security standards.

While internal systems operate under a BAA, Google Sites is not a covered service under Google’s BAA. As a result, no Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored, transmitted, or displayed on the public-facing pages of voiceaba.com. 

voiceaba.com is hosted on Google Sites. As part of standard platform operation, Google Sites may set cookies and communicate with Google services for platform functionality. V.O.I.C.E. ABA does not actively use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool to track visitor behavior on this site. For details on cookies set by Google services, see Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. 

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. Updates will be reflected by the effective date listed below.
