Overview
At V.O.I.C.E. ABA, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with U.S. federal laws and the laws of the State of Texas.
Information Collection
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us through contact forms, such as:
Name, email address, and phone number.
Information regarding your interest in our services.
Data Usage
We use your information solely to provide services, respond to inquiries, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your Rights (Texas Residents) In accordance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Please contact us at admin@voiceaba.com to exercise these rights.
Google Workspace & Data Security
To ensure the highest level of security and professional management of your data, we use Google Workspace.
Business Associate Amendment (BAA): V.O.I.C.E. ABA, LCC. utilizes a HIPAA-compliant version of Google Workspace. We have executed a Business Associate Amendment (BAA) with Google to ensure that Protected Health Information (PHI) stored in Covered Services (such as Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Meet) is handled with appropriate administrative and technical safeguards.
User Expectations: while you use Google Workspace (a BAA-covered environment) for records and telehealth, the user is responsible for security on their end (e.g., not sharing their password, using a secure Wi-Fi for sessions).
Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest and in transit within the Google infrastructure.
Google Sites
While our internal data is secured via the BAA, please be aware that Google Sites itself is not a 'Covered Service' under the Google BAA. Therefore, no Protected Health Information (PHI) is ever hosted, stored, or displayed directly on the public-facing pages of voiceaba.com."
