Sessions
Individual Skills Training: Training can be anywhere from 1-4 times a week for 15-90 minutes at a time dependent on the types of goals and support a client needs. Some clients may only need check ins, whereas others may need to work on and practice specific skills related to their individual motivations and goals for academic, employment, social, and independent living needs.
School/Worksite Coaching: Environmental coaching will take place where appropriate. This can include class or workplace observations, as well as on-the-job coaching.
Check ins: Coaching sessions will entail check ins to ensure goals continue to be meaningful to the client (or change them to align with client values) and to ensure no barriers to receiving services or support in the community exist.
Delivery Methods
Natural Environment: Sessions can be held in homes, workplaces, and community settings where applicable.
Telehealth: Accessible via a secure, online meeting platform for remote coaching and therapy.
Hybrid Model: Combination of in-person and remote services to maximize accessibility of services.
