By accessing or using voiceaba.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Texas. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website. 

User Eligibility

This website is intended for use by individuals age 14 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and V.O.I.C.E. ABA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Persons aged 14 through 17 should only use this website with parental or guardian awareness.

When a minor (under 18) is the recipient of services, a parent or legal guardian must complete all required forms and agreements related to service initiation.

Use of this website does not establish a professional-client relationship, which is formed only through a signed service agreement, as outlined in our Disclaimers.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of V.O.I.C.E. ABA, LLC and is protected under United States copyright laws. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V.O.I.C.E. ABA, LLC. and its owners are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website or its content. Changes to Terms

V.O.I.C.E. ABA, LLC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to this website, without prior notice, if use of the site violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

Governing Law

Any claim related to the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Harris County or Fort Bend County, Texas.
