Four parts of your adult life.
One rule: You're in the driver's seat.
Academic Readiness
Post-secondary navigation doesn't come with a manual for the hard part: running it all yourself.
That's what we coach.
You'll learn how to get accommodations and actually use them, build study systems suited to your brain instead of someone else's, and stop letting deadlines sneak up on you. We'll help you send that email to the professor without the spiral first.
This isn't tutoring. It's building systems you own, ones that hold up when we're not in the room.
For those with more complex needs, we also help you find community supports or learning environments beyond high school.
Vocational Launchpad
Getting the job is one thing. Keeping it, growing in it, actually liking it? Nobody preps you for that part.
We help you build a resume that doesn't get ignored and prepare for interviews you can actually walk into.
Just as importantly, we help you learn the unspoken workplace stuff no one explains, so you know what helps you work best and how to ask for it. We provide prep, coaching, and referrals to relevant services.
This is not job placement. The skills come with you anywhere.
Social Confidence
Connection shouldn't feel like a script you're failing.
We coach social skills the affirming way, helping you hold conversations that don't fizzle and build friendships that actually stick.
We'll also work through how to navigate the people in your life, at work and at home, and how to set boundaries without the guilt that usually comes with them.
We will never coach you to mask. Just to connect as you are, and ask for what you need.
Independent Living
Nobody is born knowing how to adult.
It's a skill set, and skill sets can be built.
We coach the real-life systems that make daily life work: cooking actual meals, getting the laundry done, making money last the month, and building routines that don't fall apart by Wednesday.
The goal isn't doing it once, it's building systems that keep running when no one's there to remind you.
What Sessions Look Like
Sessions take place after an Adulthood Planning Consultation has been completed to determine the length and number of sessions estimated to achieve current goals.
Typically, sessions can be anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes, 1–4 times a week.
Some clients do brief check-ins for accountability on goals they are independently targeting, while others do longer sessions to learn and practice new skills within sessions.
You set the goals and the pace.
Where Sessions Happen
In your environment (home, workplace, school, community)
Telehealth (secure online platform)
Hybrid (a mix, based on the goal).
