Start with a Plan That's Actually Yours
Before we coach, we listen. The assessment is how we understand where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way.
Why an assessment is required
Anyone who wants to work with us starts here. The assessment tells us if we're the right fit, what services would help most, and how to set goals that actually move the needle.
What the assessment includes
A 1-on-1 evaluation session - We talk through your day-to-day life: communication, social interactions, daily routines, what you want for yourself. There are no right or wrong answers; this is about understanding you.
Caregiver input - If a parent, partner, or other support person is part of your life, we may include them (only with your consent) to get their perspective.
Real-world observation - We can come to your home, workplace, or wherever you spend time, or meet remotely. Skills look different in different settings, and we want the full picture.
A personalized roadmap - You walk away with a Comprehensive Assessment Report; this is your tailored plan for what to work on, in what order, and why.
One thing to know
The assessment is the starting line, not the finish line. The roadmap shows the way; coaching, support, and follow-through are how you actually walk it.
